Welcome! I am Courtney Graham and I believe that it is important to find a counselor you trust when looking for help to improve your life. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or managing life with ADHD- you want to find someone with the knowledge, skills and experience to help you.

I am a clinical social worker who specializes in ADHD, depression, and anxiety.  I have over 20 years experience working in the field of mental health and am a proud graduate of New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. I provide individual therapy using a variety of modalities. I have a history of working in an array of treatment settings which include inpatient behavioral health, schools and outpatient clinics.

I am passionate about helping people with ADHD and have obtained certification in providing clinical services for those living with ADHD.

I also completed specialized training in Heart Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy. My education at Seattle’s Wellness Institute has shaped my style as a provider in allowing for people to grow and change using positive, encouraging and supportive techniques.

I see the importance in helping people reach their goals using a variety of skills. I have an extensive history in working with substance use disorders, personality disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, gender identity, and adjustment disorders. Using a combination of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy allows for each person’s treatment to be unique and tailored to their personal needs. My approach is a supportive one through the journey of therapy.

Favorite Kid’s Doc

One of my greatest joys is serving the community of Ridgewood and Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. For 3 years I had the honor to be recognized by families as a favorite counselor for teens! I helped put Ridgewood and Ho-Ho-Kus on the map!

I truly love working with my teen clients and I have been recognized as a 2018, 2019 and 2021 Top Kids Doc in New Jersey by New Jersey Family Magazine!
