Individual counseling is one of the most effective ways to overcome depression, anxiety and addiction. I specialize in working with women and teens. It all begins with a free consult. We will discuss your struggles, what you are hoping will change and how to get there.
In our sessions, you will learn your strengths, develop tools to help you outside of the sessions in every day life and my hope is for you to find confidence and clarity in your relationships, work and school and with yourself.
I offer a variety of therapy groups and educational workshops. This is a great way to allow for you to connect with others in the Ridgewood area. I love to encourage interaction in the group setting and include creative opportunities. The topics can include anything about anxiety, depression, self-care and more.

TRIM-LIFE– The focus of this program is a change is your lifestyle, not just a diet. Hypnosis is used to help shift thinking and change habits. Expect more information at the end of 2018.
Heart Centered Hypnotherapy
Heart Centered Hypnotherapy helps to get to the root of the issue faster than standard talk therapy. It allows for healing to be on a deeper, long lasting level. You will also develop skills to use discretely outside of the session. This is a great way to reduce anxiety!

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Being in hypnosis is very similar to a guided meditation. You are awake during the entire session and will remember it all. You will never be asked to engage in behaviors that you may see at a stage show (no clucking like a chicken!) Instead, you will be gently guided through the process. You will notice changes in your thinking and feeling, even after the first session. I am there to provide a safe space for you during this process.
